Guys, tell me how do you cope with constant anxiety? Lately I feel exhausted. Deadlines at work, kids at home, a ton of things to do - and I can't get anything done. Even when I'm resting, I can't relax. My thoughts are spinning non-stop: "What did I forget?", "What didn't I do?" I become irritable, I don't get enough sleep, I forget about basic things like food. Does anyone else have this? What really helps you, and not just temporarily distracts you?

Hi, I also give Liven a plus! I installed it a couple of months ago when I didn't know what to do with anxiety. I was constantly tense: my head hurt, my skin got worse, I was irritated with everyone. And then I took an introductory course in the app - it seems to help you understand why you feel so bad. And, most importantly, what to do with it. There is no information overload, everything is short and clear. I really liked the reminders before bed - it helps not just to stare at the phone, but to do something for yourself. Now at least I feel that I have some kind of balance.
I noticed that my anxiety was building up - from work, relationships, just from everyday life. And, as you say, even when I have time to rest - I can't. One simple app helped me out, I came across it by accident, but it really helps. You can read more about it here - the liven app review. The trick is that it helps you set priorities, monitor your routine and teaches you to understand where anxiety comes from. The courses are short, but they make a lot of sense: about perfectionism, self-criticism, fatigue. There are exercises to calm down and start the day without overload. I especially liked the "dopamine list" - simple joys that really lift your mood.
